Your Impact

• You support project managers throughout the entire operation: from creating schedules and drafting scripts to preparing budgets.
• You help deliver events with strong preparation and flawless execution.
• You take ownership of concrete workstreams, such as volunteer management, athlete logistics, medal ceremonies, and visitor communication.
• You coordinate with sports federations, teams, suppliers, and venues to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.

• You are currently pursuing a degree in event management, sports marketing, sport studies, or a related field.
• You are looking for a graduation internship of approximately one year, with personal development at its core.
• Organizing is second nature to you: even with ten (goal)balls in the air, you stay calm and keep an overview.
• You are driven, eager to learn, proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented.
• You dream of organizing the biggest and most complex events in the future.
• You have a strong affinity with Paralympic elite sports.
• Languages: fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; French is a strong plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft 365.
• You live within 45 minutes of Oss.
• Availability: full-time from September 2026 to summer 2027.
• A driver’s license (B) is a plus.

• A challenging internship where you’ll contribute to a European Championship and to an international event abroad that is three times larger—in number of participants—than the Paralympic Games in Milan-Cortina.
• Intensive guidance from an experienced event manager.

• Period: Full-time, September 2026 – Summer 2027.
• Location: Oss region + an international event at one of Europe’s most beautiful lakes.
• Important: We want you to experience the largest Paralympic sports event in Europe; therefore, you will stay with us at least until 1 September 2027.
