Team TOC (The Organising Connection) organises and produces national and international sporting events. We operate on our own initiative, on behalf of sports associations, governments and the business community. Combining the knowledge and strengths of our team with an extensive network, we have been a reliable player in the sports world for 25 years now.

CONCEPT FROM START TO FINISH
Team TOC develops event concepts for governments, sports associations and the business community. In doing so, we are often responsible for developing an event in its entirety. In some cases, (part of) the export is handled by the partner or by a third party. A recent example of an event concept is the CEP EC Petanque 2022, which was organised in close cooperation with Confédération Européenne de Pétanque (CEP) and More2Win.

SUPPORT IN ACTIVATIONS AND CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Team TOC assists companies in developing and executing brand activations based around sporting events. This includes activities, events and moments of impact in which a brand tries to establish a connection with its (potential) target group. Together with the partner, Team TOC ensures maximum sponsor activation. An example of this is the collaboration with Shimano during the Mountainbike World Cup series throughout Europe. Team TOC partners Shimano in the process to determine the best options for brand activation during the World Cup series. Red Bull is also a prominent partner in this pillar.

BRINGING AN EVENT CONCEPT TO LIFE
On behalf of government bodies, sports associations or the business community, Team TOC is the executive partner on a large number of sporting events. A recent example of this is the Cyclo-cross 2023 World Championships, in which the concept was determined at an earlier stage by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). Team TOC was called on to bring that ambition to life. The predefined objectives of an event are key to its implementation.

After that, we take on the executive role and bring onboard partners, in coordination with the relevant association, government body or company, to create a world-class event.
