We organise and produce sporting events that make an impact, both nationally and internationally. We operate on our own initiative, on behalf of sports associations, governments or the corporate sector. Combining the knowledge and strengths of our team with an extensive network, we have been a reliable player in the sports world for over 25 years now.

CONCEPT FROM START TO FINISH
We develop event concepts for governments, sports associations, and the corporate sector. In many cases, we are responsible for the event’s full end‑to‑end development. In other instances, our partners or trusted third parties develop (parts of) the event. A recent example is the CEP EC Pétanque 2022, organised in close co‑operation with the Confédération Européenne de Pétanque (CEP) and More2Win.

SUPPORT IN ACTIVATIONS AND CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We assist companies in developing and delivering brand activations,. We do this through activities, events, and high‑impact moments that connect a brand with its (potential) target audience. Together with our partners, we maximise sponsorship activation. An example is our collaboration with Shimano across the mountain bike World Cup series and road events throughout Europe, where we support the process of identifying the most effective activation options for each event.

BRINGING AN EVENT CONCEPT TO LIFE
We act on behalf of government bodies, sports associations, and the corporate sector as the delivery partner for a wide range of sporting events. A good example is the 2023 UCI Cyclo‑cross World Championships: the concept was defined earlier by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), and we were brought in to bring that ambition to life. The predefined objectives of each event are central to its delivery.

When all service pillars are incorporated in a Team TOC event, we speak of an all-round concept. This role suits us perfectly! We lay the foundations with a solid and creative event concept. After that, we take on the executive role and bring onboard partners, in coordination with the relevant association, government body or company, to create a world-class event.
